You can explore your intelligence, socio, life science networks.
In fact any ontology that can be modelled as a set of
numeric triple stores (node-link-node) and implemented
by a table of nodes (eg; entities, objects, etc) and a
table of links (eg; relationships, associations, etc)
can be explored. Nodechart is compatible with logical
networks stored in Oracle spatial SDO_NET (NDM) format.
Charting from a browser is simple and intuitive. As users navigate, their changes are saved automatically and upto 500 network charts can be retained per user. Chart appearances, size, background colors, node expansion filters, etc, can all be customized by users.
Installation and setup is very simple yet has the flexibility for highly configurable, data driven, custom node/link labels and mouse-over annotations. The software also comes with a set of node icons or use your own images for graph nodes. All network definition is done by easy to follow metadata and the application is served by the OracleAS or OHS.
